Strawberry Chocolate Hemp Gluten Free Pancakes

Introduction

gluten free pancakes with hemp protein. Good workout food. Another Thrive Diet inspired recipe that I came up with after a 12 mile run.
Makes 2 servings (about 4 4-inch pancakes each serving).

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Buckwheat Flour
    1/4 Flax or Chia seeds
    1/4 Cup Hemp Protein
    2 tsp. Cacao Powder, unsweetened
    1 cup or so fresh or frozen strawberries (about 5 large)
    1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
    2 tbsp agave nectar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup water

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well mixed (there is no gluten to toughen as in wheat flour pancakes, so don't worry about them being tough). Cook in a small amount of coconut or vegetable oil, about 4 minutes per side or until set. These are denser than regular pancakes.
