1lb 93% lean ground turkey 1 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup flour 2 cups beef broth 1/4 tsp salt black and red pepper to taste
Brown ground turkey then add onions when turkey is nearly done. When onions are translucent add flour and blend into meat mixture until it has been absorbed. Slowly add beef broth while constantly stirring. Add salt, black and red pepper to taste then simmer until thickened.
Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
