6 oz lasagna noodles (9 noodles) 2-26 oz can Hunt's spaghetti sauce 4 oz can sliced mushrooms 1 cup chopped white onion 1.5 lbs 93% ground beef/turkey 1 cup chopped celery 2.25 oz sliced black olives 1 cup grated carrots 2 cup low fat cottage cheese 1 cup skim mozzarella, shredded 1/2 cup skim mozzarella, shredded 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1 tsp cilantro 1 jumbo egg 1/8 tsp ground peppercorns
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef and drain well. Boil noodles until done, about 15 minutes. Saute veggies. Add sauce and veggies to meat and simmer. Mix parmesan, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, cilantro, egg and pepper well. Layer sauce, noodles, and cheese, repeating until gone. Top with remaining sauce and 1/2 cup cheese.
