1 scoop complete nutrional, Whey protein fortified powder (not soy protein)*
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
1 scoop Progreens powder (preferably with probiotics)**
* I used Aria for women from Trader Joes
** This is not calculated into the nutritional values, since I couldn't find it.
I threw in some a couple of ice cubes to make it "frothier".
