1 cup Flax seed, ground
1 small avocado, chopped
3 carrots, grated
Spread the batter on a dehydrator tray lined with a Teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 105Â° for 1 to 2 hours.
Flip the tortillas and remove the teflex sheets. Continue to dehydrate until the tortillas are still moist but seem dry enough to store. Store in a Ziploc bag at room temperature for up to a week or a refrigerator for months.
