Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove)
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.50 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Honey, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving (remove)
    Friendly Farms Instant Nonfat Dry Milk, 0.33 serving (remove)
    Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 bag), 0.50 serving (remove)

Directions

stir together bran cereal and milk in large bowl (let sit until bran is soggy)
stir in butter, honey, bananas, egg and chocolate chips
stir in dry ingredients
spoon batter into 12 paper-lined or greased muffin cups or 3 greased mini loaf pans (if making mini loafs the cooking time changes to 35 minutes)

makes 12 muffins or 3 mini loafs (each loaf is 4 servings)
