Salmon Fish Sticks

Introduction

I used frozen salmon fillets that were thawed. I used frozen salmon fillets that were thawed.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz salmon, cut into 2 oz portions
    1/4 c bread crumbs
    1/4c grated parmesean cheese
    1 T dill weed
    2 tsp salt
    dash black better

Directions

Mix crumbs, cheese, and spices.
Roll salmon pieces in the crumb mixture.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray, and place the salmon pieces on the dish.
Bake at 350-degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
