Swanson Beef Broth 50% less sodium, 2 cup
Maggi Beef Instant Bouillon, 6 tsp
Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Onions, raw, 6 cup, sliced
Sherry, dry, 8 fl. oz
Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
While boiling start a sautee pan add 1/4 C butter
Slice 6 large sweet onions add to pan, pepper to taste, sautee until golden
Add boiled water to Crock Pot with 6 tsp of instant bouillon, add 2 C of beef broth, add onions and let cook on high for an hour
Serves : 9 (1) cup servings
If you add cheese and bread be sure to add the calories
