Yogurt Soup

Ingredients

1 Egg yolk
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup ( Greek style is the best )
White Rice, short grain, 20 grams
Flour, white, 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Was rice and put in a pot with a one cup og water. Boil until rice is cooked.
2. In the meantime, whisk one egg yolk, flour and 1 cup of water until there is no lump.
3. Then pour number two into number one while you are whisking.
4. Crush garlic clove with salt and add into the soup. Boil and whisk slowly for 5 minutes more. Adjust the consistency with more hot water while you are boiling it if necessary. ( It is good when it is thick ).
4. Serve with dried mint.
