Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2.25 Cups (8oz)- Bok Choy, chopped leaves and stems
    2 Large carrots (5oz), sliced
    4oz Ground Turkey, Extra Lean, 98% Fat free
    2 Cloves of garlic, minced
    1/8 cup water
    2 Tbsp of my Soy Sauce Substitute http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=595861&ff=1

Directions

Cook ground turkey and garlic in a skillet until cooked through.

Add carrots, bok choy, water and soy sauce substitute to skillet. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.


Makes 1 large serving of 1.75 cup

You can use 4oz of chicken breast instead of the extra lean turkey, just keep in mind the nutritional change.
