Introduction

I found this recipe in an AARP magazine-it makes a really delicious sandwich and I think it is really healthful and low cost. It also is great served on almost any kind of cracker. Ingredients

    1-15 oz can of chickpeas rinsed drained and mashed
    2 scallions chopped
    2 Tbs mayonnaise
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
    one eighth tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Use as you would tuna salad. Serves 4.
