Pillsbury pizza crust (refrigerated tube)
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
1 whole chicken breast
2 cups mozzarella cheese (part skim milk)
In a slow cooker cook the chicken breast and barbeque sauce (and about 1 cup of water) for 8 hours. When the chicken falls apart, put it on top of the dough and cheese. Cook at 425 for about 15 minutes! Enjoy!
