    1 1/4 (10 oz.) water - room temp
    2 tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tbsp. honey
    2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 1/2 tsp. instant yeast

Directions

Layer ingredients into breadmaker according to manufacturer's instructions.

Put bread on 2 lb. wheat setting.

Begin!
