1 can (19 oz) 6-Bean Blend
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cups water
2-3 tsp (or to taste) chana masala spice mix
2. Add water, 6-Bean Blend, and masala mix. Simmer 30-45 minutes on medium heat or until water is largely boiled off.
3. Serve on top of basmati rice. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander if desired.
