Roasted Veggies

Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Summer squash, 3 cup slices (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cut all veggies into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces, toss with olive oil and any preferred seasoning (I use Cavenders Greek) and bake at 375* for 30 minutes
