Ingredients

    * Baked Potato 6 potato
    * Milk, nonfat, 3 cup
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2.5 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp

Directions

peel and slice potatoes, add sliced onions, and rest of ingredients into sprayed pan.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, stir and cook another 15.
