Introduction

This is a high protein breakfast. Great for anyone on a low carb diet. This is a high protein breakfast. Great for anyone on a low carb diet.

Ingredients

    2/3 c. egg whites
    1 Tbsp Philly Light Cream Cheese
    2 Tbsp Med Salsa
    2 Tbsp chopped green onions

Directions

Spray a 8 oz. ramekin with cooking spray. Place cream cheese in dollops and add green onions. Pour egg whites over top and microwave for 2 minutes. Add salsa and s&p to taste.
