Bean soup

Ingredients

    Beans white, 200gram
    Olive oil, 2 tbsp
    Tomato paste, 0.25 cup
    Onion, medium sliced
    Celery , 2 tbsp
    Carrots, 2 medium chopped

Directions

Put the beans in water overnight. In the morning put the beans in a saucepan with water and bring to boil. Drain the water and add new water. Add all the ingredients and leave to boil for 1 hour. At the end add salt.
