Italian Baked Chicken

Ingredients

    2-4 lbs of Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 cup of Flour
    1 egg
    1 cup of Milk
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
    1 tbsp Mrs Dash Table Blend Garlic & Herb
    1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

    Clean chicken & lay aside for now. Mix dry ingredients in breading bowl Bread Curmbs, Flour, Garlic Powder, Mrs Dash, & Italian Seasoning. Prepare 9x13 glass dish with the 4 tbsp of oil. In another bowl whisk egg, not to a peak. In another bowl add milk. Take 1 chicken breast at a time, dip in egg both sides, dip in dry ingredients both sides, & dip in milk both sides. Place chickn in glass dish side by side. Repeat process with remaining chicken.

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees & cook for 1 hour.

Makes 1 serving each & makes upto 4-5 servings depending how many pounds of chicken.

Tip: To increase yield slice chicken in half along width side. Oil can be subsituted for Pam Cooking Spray
