Grandma's Blueberry Muffins

Introduction

Fluffy, moist blueberry muffins that my grandma used to make. Fluffy, moist blueberry muffins that my grandma used to make.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon (can add up to 1tsp to taste)
    1 Large egg
    6 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
    1/2 cup milk
    1 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions

1) Toss flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to mix.
2) In separate bowl- Beat Egg with melted butter and milk.
3) Mix to flour and egg mixture in large bowl. Stir until smooth.
4) Fold in Blueberries.
Bake in greased muffin cups in a hot oven 400F about 25 minutes or until muffins are well browned. Serve warm or at Room Temperature, with or without butter. Makes 12 muffins

*Note you can change the berries in the mix to strawberry, mixed berry, nuts, chocolate chip, what ever you want and you can do frozen or fresh. Have fun!
