Blueberry Muffins (Olives Muffin Mania book)

Ingredients

    1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
    1/2 Cup White Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    1 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Melted butter
    1 Egg
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Directions

Makes 12 medium sized muffins.

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.

Stir together dry ingredients and add frozen blueberries.

Combine egg, milk and melted butter.
Stir into flour mixture and blueberries. Stir just to moisten. Do not beat.

Put evenly into greased medium muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean and top is golden.
