Introduction

Quick smoothie and good way to get 3 fruits, serving of dairy and serving of water! Quick smoothie and good way to get 3 fruits, serving of dairy and serving of water!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Cup of Strawberries (Frozen or fresh)
    Can of Peaches (1 cup)
    Whole Banana
    Cup of Yogurt (use big tub or buy individual servings)

Directions

Put in a cup of ice in the blender and crush it. Put in strawberries and turn on blender then mix rest of ingredients until smooth. Put in freezer for about 5 minutes and it will be nice and cold.
