Introduction

Different (cheesier) take on the traditional casserole. Great for any family functions, pot lucks, or a simple meal at home. Feel free to cut the recipe in half for a home-meal, and make substituions for higher or lower fat content of the ingredients. Different (cheesier) take on the traditional casserole. Ingredients

    4 cans Green Giant French Style Green Beans
    1 medium onion (diced)
    2 small cans sliced water chestnuts (diced)
    2 small jars sliced mushrooms
    4 T flour
    2 T butter, unsalted
    16 oz sour cream
    16 oz mozzarella cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except corn flakes in large mixing bowl until evenly distributed. Pour into a large casserole dish (preferably 9x13 baked dish). Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
