Rotini, Vegtable & Bean Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3cups Rotini Pasta
    1cup choped onions
    1cup choped celery
    3cups canned tomatoes
    2cups of sliced carrots
    1Lg. can of mushrooms
    1cup spicy V-8 juice
    2 cans navy beans
    3 Tbls. Italian Seasioning
    1 tsp. Sage
    3 garlic cloves

Directions

Put water on to boil for pasta. Cut up carrots, place in steam bag in microwave for 4 min, put rotini in to boil. (For the celery and onion I use the frozzen called "recipe begenings". They are together in the same pakage.) place onion and celery in one of the steam bags and set in microwane for 5 minuites. While this is cooking, open your beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Pasta will be cooked by now. Drain well. Add everything else now. Cook for another 10 minuites. Makes 16 - 1 Cup Servings
