Ingredients

    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 4 serving (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods, Low Sodium Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    PS Organic Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 7 tsp (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Caribbean Jerk Season, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Precook chicken (approximately 2 breasts) in oil over medium high heat on stovetop, until outside is browned but not overcooked.

Add all ingredients, including spices, into slow cooker. Cook on high heat for 4-6 hours.

Makes approximately 10, 2 cup servings.
