4 C. Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Blend
3/4 C chopped Carrots
1 C chopped Celery
1/2 C Chopped onion
1 C Chopped Kale
3 TBL Curry powder (I use my Vata Blend)
1 TBL Butter (optional)
Saute veggies and spices in butter til the onions are transparent, then add broth and grains and cook until done, abouut 20 minutes. Serve with warm Naan Bread...mmmmm good.
