Ingredients

    *Summer Squash, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

place olive oil in iron skillet until hot, add onions and cook until carmalized, add squash and sautee until barely tender, add boullion granules, paprika, black pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
