Country Fried Chicken

Introduction

The calories may be slightly less than the stated amount due to not all the olive oil being absorbed by the chicken and the remaining crackers and flour in the bag...I would figure somewhere around 50 calories less or so. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4-4 oz Chicken Breasts
    1 Cup Flour
    Approximately 1 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers
    1 tbsp. Sage, Garlic Powder, paprika and thyme.
    1-3 tbsp Olive Oil, depending on your preference for frying.

Directions

1. Wash Chicken Breasts
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large ziploc bag. Add Chicken Breasts. Shake well to coat.
3. Heat Olive Oil, covering bottom of pan, until heated through.
4. Add Chicken Breasts, turning after 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and cook until heated through.
