Introduction

EASY MEAL! Seems like a strange combo of ingredients but we LOVED this! Even my kids did! Serve with a salad and rice for a complete meal. EASY MEAL! Seems like a strange combo of ingredients but we LOVED this! Even my kids did! Serve with a salad and rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients

    1-1.5 pounds chicken tenderloins
    1.5 cups apricot preserves (whole jar)
    1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 cup Light Mayo

Directions

Whisk until smooth: preserves, onion soup mix and mayo. Place chicken in 13x9 baking dish and spread mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncovered. Serve chicken and juices over steamed rice
