Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. Pickled beets
    1.5 oz. Soft Goat Cheese
    7 Walnut Halves
    3 Cups Baby Salad Greens
    1 small squeeze of lemon juice

Directions

Toss baby greens with lemon juice or leave plain, top with pickled beets, cut in half and small spoonfuls of goat cheese. Crumble walnuts and add to top.

This salad doesn't need dressing, unless you are a dressing junkie :)
- try it plain first.
