Nutnaner Oatmeal

Introduction

The best of banana bread in instant oatmeal The best of banana bread in instant oatmeal
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana
    1 package instant Plain Oatmeal
    1/4 oz / 4 Walnut Halves
    Dash Cinnamon
    Dash Nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon Splenda

Directions

In microwave safe bowl add:
Banana - Quartered and chopped
Chopped / crushed walnuts
1/2 cup water
1 bag instant oatmeal (approx 3-4 tablespoons)
Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Microwave on high for 3 minutes, add Splenda, stir, let sit for 30 seconds.

Very good on it's own, but add milk as desired (not included in nutritional info).

If a snowshovelling day - I add a second bag of oatmeal and another 1/2 cup water for another 100 cals.
