Raw salsa dressing

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    2 teaspoons lime or lemon juice
    2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon minced ginger
    1/2 cup Nama Shoyu

Directions

Blend all ingredients until creamy. This salsa thickens in about 2 - 3 minutes after blending. Keeps for 3 days.
