1 point Spaghetti Sauce

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1lb Ground turkey
    1 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Oregano
    2 cups green pepper chopped
    2 cups red pepper chopped
    2 cups mushroom sliced
    1 clove of garlic
    1 14 oz can of dice tomatoes
    1 6oz can of tomatoe paste
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp Splenda or no calorie sweetner of choice
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or for desire spice



Directions

1. Spray pot with cooking spray. Brown ground turkey with garlic.

2. Add all the veggies and tomato paste and mix.

3. Add can tomatoes, cinnamon, sweetner, cayenne. Mix together. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.

4. Cook until veggies are desire tenderness. I usually cook for about 20 minutes.

Serving size 1/2 cup over pasta of choice.
