Introduction

Awesome way to get fiber and taste. Awesome way to get fiber and taste.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2-16oz cans black beans
    1-16oz can garbanzos
    1/2 c gr pepper
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    red and black pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

Rinse beans. While draining, Take a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Add beans and mix lightly but thoroughly and chill.

GREAT w/ sliced avocado on top (not included in nutritional values).
