1/2 box pie crust mix
l can mushroom soup
l can reduced sodium spinach
1 cup yellow cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Garlic/Herb cheese
Beat eggs thoroughly and combine with soup and spinach. Incorporate all ingredients then stir in cheese. Pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake at 375degrees until set and edges of crust are brown. Before slicing, let sit for at least 10 minutes for all ingredients to settle and firm up.
