Easy chicken salad

Introduction

This recipe is easy to make and the Fat Free Miracle whip really keeps the calories down. You could omit the eggs for even lower calorie count, but I had some easter eggs to get used up;) This recipe is easy to make and the Fat Free Miracle whip really keeps the calories down. You could omit the eggs for even lower calorie count, but I had some easter eggs to get used up;)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cans (13 oz each) canned chicken breast
    1/2 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip
    2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
    2 large celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 medium onion (more or less depending on your taste)

    Serving size is about 1/3 cup

Directions

*Note the cooking time does not take into account the boiling of the eggs.*
Drain the chicken breast and place in medium mixing bowl. Add the chopped celery, onion and eggs. Stir in Miracle Whip. Tastes best if you let it chill for at least an hour before eating. Even better the next day. Enjoy!
