Introduction

After doing a little research I found this recipe on the internet. I believe that this one is from Vegweb.com.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Silken Tofu
    1 tsp Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Add fruit if desired

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Use hand blender to blend until desired texture has been reached.

If placing in a larger blender be sure not to overblend otherwise you will end up with a smoothie. ;-)
