Spaghetti Verde

Introduction

This is spaghetti with a Mexican twist to it. It can be a little spicy depending on how hot your peppers come out. This is spaghetti with a Mexican twist to it. It can be a little spicy depending on how hot your peppers come out.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 poblano peppers
    1/2 a cup of 1% milk
    1 slice of onion
    1 tsp of garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    3 tbsp of sour cream
    1 tbsp butter, salted
    3 cups of cooked spaghetti (pasta)

Directions

First roast the poblano peppers, then peal them, and take out the seeds. Cut into pieces and put them in a blender with the sour cream, onion, salt, milk, and garlic. Blend until its liquified.

Then butter up a baking dish, then add the spaqhetti. Add what you blended to the spaghetti and mix. You can top it with cheese if you like. Makes about 3 1-cup servings.
