Broccoli Soup creamed (low sodium)

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c frozen broccoli
    1/2 c noodles
    1/2 to 2/3 c chopped onions
    1 clove garlic
    4 c water
    4 tsp Herbox soduim free chicken bouillion
    1 pat butter
    1tbsp olive oil
    1 c skim milk

Directions

Saute onion & garlic in butter & oil til soft
add water & bouillion--bring to a boil--add broccoli. Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes
Add noodles cook for 5 min or til done
Pick out some broccoli & a bit of liquid; using a hand blender blend the broccoli into small bits to be used as a thickener
Remove from heat--Add milk (do not boil)
