Blackened Chicken Ciabatta without the bread

Introduction

I was craving chicken ciabatta so here it is minus the bread. My son got to eat the bread. Not Fair!

This make two servings. I use a large chicken breast and cut it so I have about a 1/4 of it, calorie calculations are for 1/2.

Ingredients

    1 large Chicken Breast, no skin,
    1/4 tsp Blackened seasoning, Zatarains, to taste, very spicy
    2 slice Provolone Cheese, 2 slice
    1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing
    2 tsp sweet and spicy mustard, sandwich pal woebers
    1/2 tbsp Honey
    4 slice, thin/small Red Ripe Tomatoes

Directions

Mix miracle whip, sweet and spicy mustard, honey and blackened seasoning in a small bowl. Take chicken breast, season with worcestershire sauce and mixed ingredients. I grill my chicken on my Foreman grill for 8-10 minutes, this can be done on an outside grill also. If outside I would increase cook time. Top with provolone cheese and tomato.
