Indian style chicken patties

Introduction

delicious in a whole wheat pita pocket! delicious in a whole wheat pita pocket!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken or lamb
    1 cup greek style non fat plain yogurt
    1 handful fresh sweet basil
    1 handful fresh mint
    1 handful fresh spinach leaves
    1 Tbs cumin powder
    salt/pepper

Directions

chop fresh herbs and spinach finely
mix all ingredients together (useing hands works best).
Shape into thin 1" thick patties (4)
Add 1 Tbs of olive oil to a hot non-stick fry pan
Fry patties 3-4 minutes on each side until done.

Serve in toasted whole wheat pita pockets!
