Ingredients

4 slices of whole wheat bread
2 breast of chicken in small pieces and boiled in vegetable broth
1 spoon of basil
1 egg
parmesan cheese
sesame seeds
FOR THE SAUCE
honey
soy sauce
Directions
Soak the bread in milk, mix it with the chicken, the basil, the egg and the cheese.
Knead all the ingredients and rest in the regrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make little balls and cover them in flour, then egg and finally sesame seeds.
Cook them in the oven for few minutes
For the sauce, heat the honey and the soy sauce until thicken
(sorry for my bad english, i hope you enjoy this recipe)
