Warm Spinach Salad

    * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    * Kirkland Artichokes, 1.5 serving (remove)
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large (remove)
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * pepper jack cheese, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Put spinach in a large bowl. Saute artichokes and balsamic vinegar til artichokes are warm. Add to spinach, then add sliced pepper jack cheese along with diced hard boiled egg. Toss, serve and enjoy.
