4-6 Chicken Breasts (bone & skin removed)
2 cups Ritz Crackers (crushed)
3 tbs Grated Parmasan Cheese
2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 cup plain non-fat Yogurt
1/4 cup melted Butter
Mix crushed ritz crackers, grated parmasan cheese, and garlic salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Dip chicken breast in plain non-fat yogurt, then dip in cracker mix (smother entire breast).
Add chicken to oven pan.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in microwave and pour a little over each chicken breast.
Bake for approximately 35 min.
