Barbecued Potatoes

Ingredients

    4 potatoes
    1.5 onion, chopped
    1/4 cup Lite Ranch Dressing
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper

Directions

Boil the potatoes whole for 10 minutes in water. Let the potoes cool enough to handle. Slice the potatoes. Toss the slices with the dressing and cheese. Put the potato slices in a foil packet and finish them off on the grill or in an oven.
