Introduction

Quick easy meal.
Can use ginger in place of garlic for tangy flavor, also can use low sodium soy for lower sodium diets.
Don't skip the sake, it really is a great meat tenderizer.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork Loin,thinly sliced 24 oz (1.5 lbs)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, thinly sliced

    Marinade
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Sake, 1 fl oz (2 tbsp)

Directions

1. Mix marinade ingredients in bowl.
2. Add the Pork and marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the olive oil in skillet and fry the onions, until transparent, Remove and set aside.
4. Add meat to the skillet and fry for 5 minutes or until cooked.
5. Return the onion to the skillet and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add remaining marinade and stir-fry again for 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve with bowl of rice.

Yield (40 oz) 6 servings
