Introduction

This is a great rub for pork or chicken.

  • This was an excellent recipe, I thought it was going to be too salty but they turned out delicious. I put the rub on the pork a couple hours before I grilled them and set them in the fridge in plastic wrap and they were great! Definately would make again. - 6/21/09

  • These were pretty good! I think they'd be awesome on the BBQ, can't wait to try them. Turns out very flavourful, but there was something missing. Will make again, though! - 5/10/09
