Ingredients

    One cup walnuts
    One cup olive oil
    Two cloves garlic
    Two and a half cups water
    One teaspoon salt
    One teaspoon black pepper
    Parsley for garnish

Directions

Blend all ingredients except parsley until smooth. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
