Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

    Tomatoes
    1 can tomato puree
    1 bottle V8 High Fiber
    Seasonings to taste (including a little sugar)

Directions

Puree tomatoes in blender and add to pot, heating until just boiling. Add tomato puree and V8, season to taste, omitting sugar until the end when the sauce begins to "sour."
