Vegetable Baked Penne

Introduction

I am making this up as a go. Hope it's good! I am making this up as a go. Hope it's good!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    14.5 oz box Barilla Plus Penne
    2 bottle Ragu Garden Vegetable
    2 C. skim Mozzarella cheeze, shredded
    3 C. Kirkland normandy style frozen vegetables
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drop in frozen vegetables for last 2 minutes of cook time.
Meanwhile in a skillet brown the onion and garlic in a spot of olive oil. Add sauce and cottage cheese. Heat through. Toss sauce and cooked pasta together, put in casserole dish. Top with mozzarella. Bake for about 30 minutes, 350 degrees.
